The Rochester Housing Authority offices remain closed to the public to assist with protecting our staff and the community. The RHA staff are working hybrid schedules of in office and remote work daily. Please call the office at 603-332-4126 to be connected to your manager or speak with a member of our staff. Staff are also available via email during normal business hours.
The front lobby of the main office located at 77 Olde Farm Lane in Rochester has a photocopier and all forms required by the authority. The lobby is open 24/7. There are two drop boxes, one for small items and one large black mail receptacle for larger items such as recertifications.
Rent payments are due by the 5th of each month, The RHA has after hours mail drop off locations at Wellsweep, Cold Spring Manor, Wyandotte Falls, Linscott and Arthur Nickless. Public housing residents, please click on the Portals tab to register for your tenant portal to access your tenant account where you may pay your rent monthly. If you are interested in having your monthly rent directly debited from your bank account, please contact us today at 603-332-4126.
We ask if you are sick to please self quarantine and notify a healthcare professional and follow CDC guidelines. Masks are strong encouraged at all RHA properties.
If you are in need of food, please contact the Share Fund at 603-335-0011. The RHA has partnered with the Share Fund to provide pop-up pantries that are open to the public .
