Application


The Rochester Housing Authority now has our applications available online! Click on the "Portals" tab above to find the Application Portal. This tab above to take you to the online application. Once registered for the application portal, you will be able to login and update your contact information anytime and check your status on the waiting list. 


Each year, the RHA will purge the waiting lists and remove those who do not response to the update letter.  This is generally done in the fall.  If you prefer to complete a paper application, please download the application below and submit to the RHA with all necessary information. Once the applicants name appears at the top of the waiting list, RHA will verify financial information, asset information, criminal background and other items required by RHA policy or HUD regulations.


The RHA requires the following to be provided upon return of the preapplication:


1.  You must provide a valid federal or state picture ID for all family members over 18 years of age.


2.  You must provide a Social Security Card for all members of the household. 


3.  You must provide a birth certificate for all family members.


4.  You must provide information regarding gross annual income.
