INVITATION TO BID     

The Rochester Housing Authority is accepting sealed bids for the sale of a surplus 2012 FORD F-250. Minimum bids starting at $12,000. The truck has an aluminum flatbed body with an 8-foot Fisher Minute Mount Plow that is also included. The vehicle has approximately 114,000 miles on it and is in fair/ good condition. The vehicle is at The Rochester Housing Authority central office, at 77 Olde Farm Lane Rochester NH 03867. The vehicle can be viewed during normal business hours. (M-TH 8-4:30- Fri 8-12). All sealed bids must be received by August 9th, 2024, by 9:00 am, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud. The Rochester Housing Authority will hold a public hearing on July 17, 2024 starting at 12:00 p.m. to discuss the agency's plan for the 2024-2029 Rolling Five Year Action Plan at Granite Steak and Grill, located at 11 Farmington Road, Rochester, NH 03867. This hearing will allow the public time to discuss the planned activities for the agency relating to capital needs. The Five-Year Action Plan is available at the RHA Main Office, located at 77 Olde Farm Lane, Rochester, NH 03867 during normal business hours.
