The Rochester Housing Authority offices are currently closed to the public. Please call 603-332-4126 with any questions or concerns. Maintenance staff are working adjusted schedules to ensure sanitizing efforts continue multiple times per day.  This is being done to protect our residents and staff.

As a precaution all RHA community rooms and public bathrooms have been closed until further notice and at the Wellsweep Community Room, the Meals on Wheels have stopped all congregate meals until further notice.

Although we are trying to control the spread of the virus by cleaning and sanitizing, you should continue to take the recommended safety steps by washing your hands frequently for at least 20 seconds, practice social distancing and wear face coverings when around unvaccinated people or in large crowds outdoors.  If you are sick, please stay home and quarantine.  We ask that you please be mindful when entering our facilities to take precautions to help protect the vulnerable populations we serve by wearing a mask. RHA strongly encourages tenants and guests to wear masks when visiting our facilities. Masks are required at all times when visiting the management offices.

If you are a resident of public housing resident or a Section 8 resident with Rochester Housing Authority and have a change in income due to loss of employment due to the virus, please contact your manager as soon as possible at the email addresses below.
